Cone Promotes Marc Berliner to Vice President

15-year veteran to help shape, lead and grow key agency accounts


BOSTON (January 15, 2010) – Cone today announces the promotion of Marc Berliner to vice president in the Brand Marketing discipline. In his role as vice president, Marc will continue to lead some of Cone’s largest and most prolific accounts, including Jiffy Lube International and Game Crazy.

Since joining the agency in 2007, Marc has taken over the leadership role for Jiffy Lube International, the agency’s second oldest account, and has helped lead the development of the franchise’s first national cause marketing campaign, the industry award-winning Maintenance Partners for Life. Marc has also taken on a role as the team lead for Game Crazy and has been able to deliver extraordinary results. In helping to increase its share of voice, Marc and his team have turned Game Crazy into a key resource for category reporters and have been able to play a role in delivering record fourth-quarter sales two years in a row.


Prior to Cone, Marc was the group director for Schneider Associate’s Consumer Group where he ran daily operations and managed programs for clients including Bertucci’s, Hannaford Supermarkets, Mosquito Magnet and d-CON. Marc graduated cum laude from Brandeis University in Waltham, MA, with a B.A. in American Studies. He also completed a minor in Business and Managerial Economics and received a certificate in Journalism.
