Cone Communications Winner and Finalist in PR News CSR Awards
BOSTON (January 18, 2012) – Cone Communications is pleased to announce the agency has been named to the PR News CSR A-List recognizing the top 10 CSR agencies in the country. Additionally, Cone client Timberland is being inducted into the CSR Hall of Fame, while the agency is also a finalist for six more PR News CSR Awards.
In addition to being inducted into the Hall of Fame, Timberland, with Cone Communications as its agency, is a finalist for the Green PR and Social Media categories. Cone is also a finalist for the CSR Blog category for our What Do You Stand For? blog.
In the PR News Nonprofit Awards, Cone's work for both The American Kidney Fund and The American Cancer Society is up for the Advocacy Campaign category, while once again our What Do You Stand For? blog is a finalist in the Blog category.
According to PR News, entries were high this year and competition was stiff. So winning the A-List and being a finalist in the other categories is already a huge accomplishment.
