SUSTAINABILITY EXPERT LISA MANLEY JOINS CONE COMMUNICATIONS

TO LEAD AWARD-WINNING CSR PRACTICE

 

BOSTON (June 8, 2015) – Cone Communications, a public relations and marketing agency, has hired Lisa Manley as Executive Vice President of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Strategy group. With nearly 20 years of experience, Manley will lead the agency’s award-winning strategy and communications practice that has developed, counseled and implemented impactful programs for leading brands.

Prior to Cone, Manley served as the Executive Vice President of Business + Social Purpose at Edelman where she oversaw strategy development, corporate reporting and strategic philanthropy for brands including Darden Restaurants, HP, Humana Inc., PricewaterhouseCoopers, SC Johnson, VF Corporation and Wrigley. In addition, Manley brings extensive client-side experience after serving as Group Director for The Coca-Cola Company’s Sustainability communications team, where she led worldwide corporate communications and stakeholder engagement in areas of water stewardship, climate protection, sustainable packaging, women’s economic empowerment, and active healthy living.
