As a leader of Cone's award-winning Corporate Social Responsibility practice, Alison’s expertise spans strategic planning and goal setting, social impact, employee engagement, public/private partnerships, stakeholder engagement and sustainability communications. For the last 19 years, Alison has led the development of Cone’s groundbreaking benchmark research, exploring the attitudes and behaviors of consumers, employees and executives towards corporate involvement with social issues and responsible business practices.
With this in her arsenal and the learnings gleaned from years of program development, Alison collaborates with account teams to keep clients at the forefront of this rapidly changing arena. During her tenure at Cone, Alison has built CSR initiatives and advised clients such as UPS, Target, Visa, Sodexo, NARS, Walgreens, Neiman Marcus and American Heart Association, among others.
When she’s not chasing the latest statistic or speaking at a leading conference, Alison can usually be found coaching her sons’ lacrosse teams or cheering them on in the hockey rink.
