Samantha Joseph


Samantha leverages her expertise in strategic planning, reporting, employee engagement, public/private partnerships, stakeholder engagement and sustainability communications to provide strategic counsel and day-to-day client management. Currently, Samantha works directly with the corporate social responsibility teams at UPS and CVS to help them develop their programs and communicate their efforts with internal and external stakeholders.

For the past 10 years, Samantha has worked in the private sector. She served as Iron Mountain’s first head of corporate responsibility and sustainability. After initially joining Iron Mountain’s enterprise strategy team, Samantha built a business case for an investment in sustainability initiatives, aligned the executive team around her vision and spent five years developing a robust portfolio of philanthropic, diversity and environmental programs. These included setting the company’s first public carbon reduction goals, investing $10M in over 200 energy efficiency projects, developing the company’s alternative energy strategy and overseeing construction of its first solar array, launching a corporate recycling program and writing the company’s first sustainability report.
