Helene brings more than a decade of public relations experience to the agency, with a strong background in public relations, media relations, event planning and management, advertising, collateral material development and program implementation.
She leads the marketing and PR activities for Barbour and assists account teams by consulting around launches of their client’s products, generating consistent high-level media placements.
Helene joined Cone in 2001 and has been instrumental in managing multi-faceted events for several clients such as the launch of the Keurig’s K 2.0 series, building out a pop-up café to generate consumer conversation around the new coffee maker, the American Cancer Society and their initiative program “Choose You”, Yoplait’s National Greek Taste Off, which involved opening a pop-up store 300 feet from a Chobani coffee shop, the Timberland PRO Series, a “Working Man’s Fashion Show,” and many others.
Helene came to Cone after a long and impressive 20-year career at Converse Inc., where she wore many hats (and shoes).
Helene currently resides in Rowley, Massachusetts. She enjoys reading a good book and long walks along the beach.
