Kiva is a global CR expert with over a decade of experience in developing and activating award winning programs for a variety of Fortune 500 companies and leading nonprofits. At Cone, Kiva brings a depth of experience in integrated marketing, CR, sustainability, cause marketing, nonprofit fundraising and public/private partnership development.
Throughout the years, Kiva’s work has also spanned multiple industries and complex issue areas. Kiva served as an agency Vice President & Global Deputy Director of Citizenship. Kiva led CR and sustainability strategy for clients including, Kellogg’s, Pfizer, Hasbro, PayPal, Sodexo and Deloitte, as well as corporate partnership strategy for nonprofits including, the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, March of Dimes, The Muscular Dystrophy Association and many others.
Additionally, Kiva worked at Cone for six years early in her career serving in a variety of roles in new business, insights and Cause Branding/CR. Kiva also worked on key CR accounts, including L’Oreal, Reebok and The Walt Disney Company.
Kiva holds a global mba in international marketing from Suffolk University. Outside of the office Kiva spends her time in the outdoors with her husband, Mike and their energetic son, Bearson.
