Cone garners top honor of Platinum Super Bell nomination for industry-leading Public Affairs campaign
BOSTON (June 6, 2017) – Cone Communications is honored to be the recipient of five Bell Ringer Awards at the 49th Annual Bell Ringer Awards Gala last week. Sponsored by The Publicity Club of New England, the region’s venerable networking and education organization for public relations and communications professionals, the Bell Ringer Awards honor superior work completed by PR and communications professionals across New England.
Before a sold-out gathering of hundreds of peers, Cone captured three Bell Ringer Awards across multiple categories, including:
- Gold Bell – Public Affairs, ReThink: Why Housing Matters - Challenging Misperceptions of Public Housing
- Bronze Bell - Consumer Launch, Lindt Excites Consumers with a New Fall Favorite: LINDOR Pumpkin Spice Truffles
- Bronze Bell - Cause Marketing, 2016 Lindt Easter Campaign in Support of Autism Speaks
The HAI Group “ReThink: Why Housing Matters” campaign not only won a Gold Bell, but was also one of six contenders considered for the highest honor of a Platinum Super Bell which is awarded to the best overall campaign.
Cone also received the following Merit awards:

- Consumer Launch, A Scoop for Everyone: Ben & Jerry’s Breaks Into the Non-Dairy Category
